Welcome to Jonathan Morales Illustrations (JM Illustrations). I am a digital illustration freelance artist with a focus in visual development, character development, concept illustrations, and contemporary art just to name a few. I am proudly serving the Santa Ana community and surrounding areas, such as: Los Angeles, Pasadena, San Diego, Fullerton, Irvine, Orange, Riverside, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and Aliso Viejo just to mention a few. To be frank, I have expanded my services to all of Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County, and Riverside County. With over three years of illustration experience gained from California State University Fullerton, I am more than capable of handling your digital Illustration endeavors.

As a digital illustration artist, I solely work on a Wacom Bamboo digital tablet when I’m creating my art projects. I created thumbnail sketches on my notebook to generate ideas quickly, but I do my final digital painting on my MacBook Pro software programs. With the knowledge and skills gained at CSUF, I have been able to master the digital mediums most illustration artists are using today such as Painter 12 and Photoshop CS5. I also have some experience in using Illustrator and InDesign. Through my studies, I have been able to master two of the most widely used operating programs (Windows 8 and Mac OS X Mavericks). This has allowed me to adapted to whatever work environment I’m presented. That being said, I have no problem using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or the equivalent to that on a Mac OS X.

When you choose my services, I make it my goal to give you the best artist experience possible. Over the years, I have been able to truly hone in my art skills to give each client the best possible solution they are looking for. My goal is to provide you with all the necessary information and guide you through the step-by-step process in order to make a sound decision. My mission is to provide you with all the best best possible information on what a digital painter cost, the tools I will be using, and to always maintain a high level of customer service when employed by your business. I'm looking to be your preferred local digital illustrator artist who creates your background paintings, develops your storyboards, improve your fantasy creatures, and work on your dark science fiction artworks ideas.
